Proxygen Co. was founded on December 2001 under General Corporation Law of The State of Delaware. The founder Massimo Bugelli (D.U.N.S.® 51-399-6520) is the Pres-Ceo of the corporation, chartered accountant and UE certified internal auditor, he is a professional tax and financial advisor, business consultant and capital broker doing business in Italy. Mr. Massimo Bugelli, as regular member of CFA Institute ® adheres to the CFA Insitute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct (see official versions).

Proxygen Co. has the registered office located at Wilmington, Delaware and a business office located in Italy at Gattinara, Vercelli (D.U.N.S.® 62-973-2459), few miles far from Malpensa Airport. Another office is located at Albenga, Savona near Villanova d'Albenga International Airport. It is close in the development plans to open a branch office in Lugano, Switzerland.

High professional competence, strong experience and appreciable ethical standards of the Board in consulting activities field, makes Proxygen Co. able to create small and big solutions for the target Clients: Italian SMEs doing international business and/or worldwide vocation firms planning to start-up an EU-based localization [see On-Line Services (Italy)].
